every kilometre you run or walk = a bar of soap to a person in need

#Sweat4Soap is part of Mina Guli’s RUN BLUE journey - a year-long campaign to bring awareness to issues affecting our water in the lead-up to the 2023 UN Water Conference.

Join Mina for #Sweat4Soap and run along with her virtually from anywhere in the world. Every one kilometre pledged is a bar of soap donated to a refugee camp in need.

sign ups for #Sweat4Soap are now closed - see the final tally below

half a million bars

We have an audacious goal with Sweat4Soap. We want to get half a million bars of soap to people in need with the help of our partners, Eco-Soap Bank. How do we do this? By asking YOU to pledge your distance for our run 10 - 16 October.

Below you will find the list of the top three countries and territories ranked by the number of soaps they have pledged. Don’t see your region? Get sharing! The more people who know about Sweat4Soap, the more soap we will have to distribute.

our final total soap count stands at

432,098

*THE 100 CLUB *

*THE 100 CLUB *

The ‘100 Club’ is our list of individuals who have pledged over 100km/mi for #Sweat4Soap, meaning each person is responsible for the donation of at least a hundred bars of soap to Cox’s Bazar.

With a goal of a million bars in total for #Sweat4Soap, we think everyone who pushes themselves to hit longer distances for more bars should be celebrated.

Names are added to the club once a day.
